With 10 years of dedication to civil engineering, Marcel discovered his passion in the BIM method, where he leads the digital transformation of engineering processes.

Currently serving as Head of Digitalization, BIM Engineer, and Project Manager at Dr. Deuring + Oehninger AG in Winterthur, Marcel drives large-scale transformative projects that shape the future of the industry. His ability to manage projects worth up to 20 million reflects his expertise in delivering structure, organization, and efficiency.

Beyond his operational role, Marcel is a key pillar of HR Engineering, contributing as a strategic advisor. He leverages his technical expertise to refine and develop our innovative methodologies.

An inspiring leader, empathetic, analytical, and pragmatic, Marcel blends vision with precision, turning challenges into opportunities. His approach unites engineering rigor with a passion for digitalization, creating solutions that leave a lasting impact on teams and organizations alike.

With nearly 10 years of hands-on experience in HR (HRBP, Project Manager, Recruiter), she has helped shape high-performing and engaged teams in demanding environments.

Her career spans top-tier sectors — from banking in Geneva (Banco Santander, Crédit Agricole next bank) to cutting-edge tech at Sony in Zurich, where she led HR for the AI R&D division in Switzerland. In this role, Eliana drove employee engagement and retention during rapid growth, creating frameworks that supported innovation and stability.

Eliana has spearheaded strategic HR initiatives that make real impact:

  • Expanding branches across German-speaking Switzerland.
  • Embedding corporate values into daily workflows.
  • Transforming teams into champions of change and performance.
  • Structuring work to foster meaning, alignment, and efficiency.
