PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED
Our services include:
- HR consulting services.
- Individual HR Mentoring / Career Coaching,
- Outplacement programs for companies,
ORDERING, PAYMENT, AND REFUNDS
Orders and Payment
Payment for mentoring sessions and packages is made online using the available payment methods (credit card, Twint, bank transfer, etc.).
All orders are final upon payment confirmation.
Prices are indicated in CHF, excluding VAT.
Special Clause – Career Check-Up
The Career Check-Up session fee is fully deducted from the price of the selected package, provided the client subscribes to a mentoring package within seven (7) days of the session.
This deduction is applied in the form of a credit note directly offset against the invoice of the chosen package.
No cash refunds, bank transfers, or other payment reimbursements will be issued for the Career Check-Up session.
If the client does not subscribe to a package following the session, the Career Check-Up remains fully payable.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Individual sessions may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled date.
After this deadline, the session is considered due and will be fully invoiced, except in exceptional cases related to a job interview.
In such cases, the client must provide written proof (e.g., interview invitation e-mail, calendar invitation, or official recruiter message) within 24 hours of cancellation.
Without such proof, the session remains payable.
No Guarantee
We are committed to providing structured, professional, and personalized guidance.
However, we do not guarantee employment, promotion, or specific results, as these depend on external factors (market conditions, individual profile, employer decisions, etc.).
Limitation of Liability
Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the website or hosting servers.
In the event of a dispute, HR Engineering GmbH’s liability is strictly limited to the amount of the purchased service.

DATA RETENTION

- Recruitment and mentoring data: up to 12 months after completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
- Billing data: 10 years, in compliance with Swiss legal obligations.
- Marketing or contact data (newsletter, contact forms): up to 24 months after the last interaction.
After these periods, data will be deleted or anonymized.
